third-party data). Third-party-driven corresponds to ITTI Q47
(third-party stakeholders can automatically (de)register taxpayers). A
‘Yes’ response is taken at face value and does not
distinguish between piloted and fully rolled-out capability. ITTI Q47
also splits Yes responses into ‘with taxpayer consent’ and
‘without taxpayer consent’ — both are treated as Yes
here. When a jurisdiction is highlighted, a red diamond appears on its
GNI group's row in each panel the jurisdiction answered Yes to.
